If I’m to be described, it would probably be as a ‘seasoned and resourceful’ businessman. If I’ve a prevailing niche, it’s involved leadership and a record of selecting the right people to work alongside or introduce them to where they’re most needed by clients.
‘Sanderson’ is essentially putting a wrapper on what I do and enjoy doing most, matching need to highly capable people resource. Clearly for this to succeed means the chemistry has to be good and the desired delivery on time and budget.
The marketplace we’re in is highly competitive. It ranges from the global mega consultancies to the freelance-at-home individual. We position Sanderson & Associates at an ‘SME day level’ and of course always try to exceed expectations.
As AI has arrived, we also endeavour to give every task an extra insight or twist of the creative, for most work the brain should always be ahead of the algorithm.
